It truly has to be said that they made it much easier for me to do my work due to their wonderful personalities and their way of always being there and taking care of things. Service with a smile no matter what.

Ines Novo and Carolina Moreira have been great supports. Their service actually was what made us choose for your hotel out of several hotels that we were looking at for this meeting.

Like I said before you truly have a fantastic Team from the front desk, bell boy’s, Bar, Restaurant to the ladies that clean the rooms.

From the reception desk to the breakfast room to the concierges, I have never come across a more genuinely warm or more friendly, efficient and effective group of people running any hotel anywhere in the world.

I think you simply have an excellent group of people working for this hotel, including of course yourself.

Anyway, I think that it is very important to take the time to praise people too, as we all maybe are more inclined to complain when things are not right.
